Customer Support Consultant Vacany

HOURS:
Full time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm. Based at Revelation Offices in Hambrook, Bristol.

REPORTING TO:
Sales & Marketing Director.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Manpower Nil
Finance/Budgets Nil

FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
Clients, Sales & Marketing team, Project Managers.

CONTACTS WITH:
Office Manager, Directors

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • To provide a comprehensive and all encompassing support for Account Managers and clients /prospects.
  • To build telephone relationships with potential Clients to ensure longevity and growing levels of revenue through Customer satisfaction and delivery of results
  • To create opportunities for quality Customer acquisition through in depth support of the Sales Team and the development of leads and fact finding.
  • To provide reports and analysis of sales team and sales performance
  • To organise workload support for Sales
  • To liaise with Clients to ensure their complete understanding, satisfaction and assurance
  • To complete sales process administration
  • To write Client proposals
  • To develop exhibition sales with existing exhibitors, via telephone
  • To follow up marketing campaigns with potential and new clients, via telephone
  • To complete client event research telemarketing

PERSONAL ACTIVITIES: (Chairing meetings etc)

  • Conduct oneself with extreme levels of professionalism with clients and departments
  • Must be proficient in IT to a high standard to include excel, word, powerpoint

PACKAGE:

  • Basic salary, dependant on level of experience
  • Bonus based on achievement of team target of revenue & GP & KPI achievement
  • After 1 year pension
