HBOS - Financial Services Roadshow

Background

Together we can ‘Make the Difference’. This was the key message delivered at the HBOS FS Roadshows.
HBOS Financial Services (HBOS FS) decided at the start of a new year they wanted to communicate the HBOS FS corporate message to all of its employees. The project received full support from Andy Hornby, the newly appointed CEO at HBOS FS. Revelation was commissioned as event and production company to deliver.

Solution

Revelation and HBOS FS worked together as a team and kicked the project off with a production planning meeting which was held in a team brainstorm environment and was facilitated by an HBOS coach. From this, key objectives were identified enabling a project plan and critical path to be put in place. The roadshow was named: HBOS FS ‘Making the Difference’ Events.

Pre event production involved Revelation touring the UK to the five office locations: Isle of Man, Bristol, Clevedon, Aylesbury and Leeds. HBOS ran an internal awareness campaign that encouraged employees to take part in an X-factor style booth, where individual employees explained how they would ‘make the difference’ in the year ahead.

This footage was then edited and played at the actual HBOS FS roadshow.

Revelation organised the event logistics and were responsible for pre event for the registration process, which was a simple on line format.

Revelation then toured the country and managed the live event production and staging at all of the 5 locations. At each location a number of sessions were run which lasted approximately 1 hour each.

Post event Revelation set up and managed online feedback that all employees were asked to complete. Results were collated and views were sorted by location and overall reports were produced.
