Morgan Lovell is an office interior design company. The services they provide include office fit out, office refurbishment and office design consultancy. They have four offices in the UK, which are London, Wokingham, Birmingham and their most recent office to open is Bristol.
It was the opening of the Bristol office that Morgan Lovell requested the services of Revelation Event Management for. In order to mark the launch of the Bristol office and publicise Morgan Lovell to local businesses, Morgan Lovell wanted to hold a launch and networking event.
Solution
Revelation provided a complete organisation and production service, which included sourcing the venue, The Riverstation, located in the centre of Bristol. The venue was chosen as it is modern and contemporary, which strongly reflects the Morgan Lovell brand. Revelation then liaised with the venue and the guest speaker, Jeremy Myerson, an inspirational, well respected speaker on the World of office design.
Revelation provided an online delegate registration service prior to the event and the delegate badges, in addition to supplying AV equipment including plasma’s, sound & lighting equipment. Revelation also ensured the Morgan Lovell brand was presented effectively at the event and provided stunning, modern floral arrangements, again reflecting the Morgan Lovell brand.
With regards to the marketing of the event, Revelation designed a specific marketing campaign to publicise and generate interest in the event. A piece of pre-event research was conducted to enable intelligent decisions to be made about the event format. From there, the event was devised and a compelling invitation was designed and printed. Revelation sourced a database of suitable senior business people to target, organised the mailing of the invite and the telemarketing follow-up, which ensured a maximum response rate to the invitation.
Results
The Morgan Lovell launch lunch was a great success with a full house.
